I can honestly say that the decision to reach out to Andy has been the best decision I have ever made in regards to my training. Since contacting Andy, I have gained around twenty pounds of body weight while making significant progress in all of my lifts.
Recently, I competed in my third powerlifting meet after following a meet prep template that Andy sent me. To say I am happy with the results would be an understatement. I improved my total from my previous meet (which was only eight months ago), by 180 pounds while hitting my first 500 pound squat and 600 pound deadlift. With Andy’s help, I know that these numbers will be improved upon further at my next meet.
I have found Andy to be extremely professional and always willing to lend some help whenever I have had questions for him. His straight forward and clear approach to his programming is a welcome change from much of the convoluted advice you see from other experts in the field. I look forward to being a client of Andy’s for years to come.
