If you are like most of my clients, then you are a successful high achiever.  You are committed to success in all facets of your life – and that most certainly includes your own personal health and physical fitness.

You recognize that positive goal oriented habits, personal discipline, and achievement in any one area of your life parlays into success in other areas of your life as well.

My most successful clients recognize that striving to reach their physical potential ultimately leads to increased physical and mental energy and greater self confidence.  It is an undeniable fact that confident high energy men and women see greater results with their professional and personal relationships, the trajectory of their career path, and even their income.  Perhaps most important is the internal satisfaction they carry with them on a daily basis.

The physically unfit never experience this.  For years, and even decades, all areas of their lives will be negatively impacted by low energy, low self confidence, and ultimately an internal dissatisfaction that stems from the way they look and feel.

Most of us know all of this already.

But even so, something gets in the way.  We either never take the first step or we never fully develop any lasting positive habits when it comes to our health and physical fitness, constantly on the hamster wheel of starting and stopping any sort of formal routine.

Are You Trapped By In-action?  Or Just Spinning Your Wheels?

There are a litany of causes that serve as obstacles and barriers to our own success.  Many clients who begin with me have been suffering for years from the symptoms of information overwhelm.  Face it, there is a lot of information available – online and in your local community.  Information overwhelm causes two dreadful conditions:

  1. Paralysis By Analysis:  too many options, too many choices, too many “experts” chirping in your ear about what to do, what program to follow, what gym to join, etc.  When we come to a crossroads with 100 forks in the road, many of us just choose to sit down and do nothing.  No decision seems like the easiest choice.  No decision means no action.  No action means no results, no change.
  2. Chronic Program Hopping:  a different side of the same coin, chronic program hoppers are seemingly going a different direction every week.  While likely better than doing nothing, chronic program hopping also yields very little results.  As we used to say in the Marines – one bad plan is better than 10 good plans.  On top of yielding little results, constantly bouncing from one thing to the next is mentally exhausting.

And there is another issue………TIME.  There never seems to be enough of it.

You’re busy.  I’m busy.  All successful high achievers are busy.  We voluntarily choose to take on demanding careers, run businesses, and many of us are trying to balance our professional lives while raising families.

Trust me.  I know how hard it is to run a business and allocate time to be a husband and a father.  Even as a gym owner and personal trainer, it’s an act of discipline and skillful time management to make sure I get my workouts in on a regular basis.

It’s tough.  It takes discipline and a little practice.  But it can be done.

How I Can Help You

I have been coaching athletes and non-athletes alike since 2001.  I have clients at all ends of the spectrum.  My clients range from Division I College Athletes to adults in their 70s looking to combat the effects of aging.

However the vast majority of people I work with fit the mold of what I like to call “The Busy Executive.”  These are adult men and women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s, who are serious about their health and physical fitness. They won’t accept B.S. fitness gimmicks and aren’t working for a short term fix or magic pill.  They are willing to put in the work.  They just need the right information and instruction.

Through my writings and coaching programs my goal is to provide a clear path forward for people who are serious about their physical fitness.  I like to think that my programs are practical, simple to follow, and above all else – driven by real results!

Depending on the type of relationship you want to develop with your fitness coach, I have range of products and services that I offer for my clients.

  • Books
  • Online Coaching Programs
