#1:  Membership into The Executive Strength Club

For a flat monthly rate members gain access to monthly programming that follows a periodized annual calendar that focuses on strength, conditioning, and physique development.  Members also gain access to a private Facebook group, Virtual Office hours via Skype, and members only video & audio content.  Go HERE for details………….

 

#2:  Custom Program Design & Online Coaching

 Let me design a custom strength & conditioning program for you.  No cookie-cutter spread sheets.  Everything is tailored to you and your goals.  Get the details by clicking HERE.    

 

#3:  One on One Personal Training

#4:  Attend a Learn to Lift Clinic

For those of you new to barbell training or the Starting Strength program, this service is for you.  The Learn to Lift Clinic is a comprehensive tutorial on 4 exercises of your choice.  We will go in depth on teaching you the proper technique and performance of each lift, but this is a workout.  We will go heavy enough to find errors in your form and establish appropriate weights to start your program with.  Scheduling of this program is by appointment only at my private studio.  Please allow for 90-120 minutes to get through all 4 exercises.  After completing the Clinic you may schedule 1 or more follow up appointments at your convenience.

We can work with complete beginners who want to learn the barbell lifts for the first time or experienced lifters looking to polish up their form and technique.   We have extensive experience with advanced athletes, competitive lifters, high school athletes, as well as older adults (ages 50-80) who are looking for specialized instruction.
